Grundig’s Linux Mobile

The U900 model is one of the upcoming Linux-phones line. This nice little baby has UMTS 3G support. The phone is supported with a 2″ QVGA (240×320 pixels), 262K color display screen and a 2MP CMOS camera (with flash). It supports most multimedia formats like MP3, AAC, JPEG, GIF, BMP, etc.
Plus video playback. There’s a whole 100MB of memory for users and a microSD expansion slot. Connectivity specs include Bluetooth and USB support. Other features - FM Radio, Front camera for video conferencing, WAP and HTML browsing and GPRS. The phone is powered by a Li-Ion 1000 mAh battery and provides with talk time of 2.5 hours.
It sounds really promising.
Toshiba to introduce slim mobile phone TS605

Toshiba presented ‘TS605′, its 10.3-mm thick slim mobile phone. The TS605 features 1.9″ 176×220 pixel TFT display in 262,000 colours, a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, microSD expandable memory (up to 1Gb, but there’s only 5.5Mb on board), Bluetooth, an MP3/AAC and video clip player, FM radio, email client and WAP browser. All of that fits into a handset weighing only 79 grams. It will be available in pink and green color targeting young generation.
