Sony has announced some changes in PS3 prices! The 80GB model now costs $499, instead of $599. The lower-end model with a 60GB drive was for $499. So the new 40GB one will debut on November 2 for $399. The new 40GB one won’t be able to play games made for the PlayStation 2. The 40GB model has been much anticipated after Sony announced it for Japan and Europe. So the PS3 is cheaper but not the cheapest.

The Xbox 360 costs $350 and Nintendo’s Wii is $250. Sony has sold 5 million PlayStation 3s since they went on sale in November last year.

We have some fresh pictures from today’s China launch of a highly-expected Asus Eee Pc. More inside the article

This “postinformation era” jewelry was created by Markus Kison of Berlin University for Digital Media. It displays the Google page count the wearer gets for their own name. “Being in people’s mind means being important,” Markus says.

You can watch documentation video, how about it works and updates. Uh, oh, I’m gonna change my nickname to “free mp3 download”, “iphone hack”, “windows vista crack” or “xxx porn adult free” just for some vanity fair for myself.

mac.jpgElgato are out with their H.264 USB sticks to help you encode / decode videos. It can help in making videos for your iPod and iPhone at very high rates. This move by Elgato seems to be highly influenced by Apple’s decision to install H.264 in all upcoming Macs. Well, this may not be as good as that, but surely comes in at a close second.

The Elgato Turbo H.264 video decoding stick is available in Europe for 99 Euros.
This is really useful thing, I should say

3-20-07-hp-rugged-pd-data-center-assistant1.jpgAt the If Design Awards at this year’s CeBIT convention was shown something really interisting. This “Data Center Communications Vision of the Future Server” for HP looks to be a Pocket PC / hybrid with a slideout QWERTY keyboard, and touchscreen display of the huge size. Essentially, this device is intended to interface with HP servers and data centers rather than be delivered to the market, as it even touts RFID / Bluetooth connectivity options to assist administrators in resolving outstanding issues sans wires.

It maybe a bit more than a rumor, but it sure is quite interesting. Watch the news.
